The lines were long inside and outside with hungry patrons delving into the bountiful turkey, dressing and trimmings during the annual Turkey and Dressing Dinner, held on Feb. 1 at the St. Roch Parish Hall in Mentz. The fundraising event was put on by the CDA and the KCs where proceeds will benefit charities. It takes a village, or a church congregation in this sense, to feed the masses.
