Columbus softball starts season near .500 mark

The Columbus High School softball team has started the 2026 season right around the .500 mark.

This will likely change and they will be above the .500 mark sooner rather than later because this team is known for dominating the win and loss column with great pitching, hitting, and player personnel that knows what it takes to win.

Head coach Alfred Rosa has kept this program in great standing ever since he arrived at Columbus and even after a slow start, there’s a good chance they will really get going and become the state tournament caliber team that we know them to be.
