The Columbus High School boy’s basketball team finished their season with a loss to Marion High School by a final score of 69-25 Feb. 27.
Columbus had a solid year with an overall record of 17-7 and 13-1 in district play.
The Cardinals have great experience with a good portion of the team playing in the state title game last year.
First year head coach Chris Carruthers did a good job keeping this team in order by winning a favorable amount of games and still playing state tournament caliber basketball after their most recent trip to the state title game in 2025.
