The Columbus High School softball team has started the season with a record way above .500, which is to no surprise given how dominant this program has been for years and years.
This team is loaded in all
aspects of the game, whether it's pitching, hitting, or defend -
ing in the outfield or infield.
They also usually have pitchers that can hit the ball well, so that's always a plus in softball.
Head coach Alfred Rosa took over the program a few years ago and has kept it in peak condition. It helps to have good athletes like Columbus always does, but you have to have good coaching and Rosa has proven he’s the right man for the job.
Columbus is once again a state title contender to start the year.
