TRI-COUNTY — Parents as Teachers of Fayette and Colorado Counties is pleased to welcome Kyler Tolbert as the new Family Resource Center (FRC) Manager, serving families throughout the Fayette and Colorado County commu- nities.
Tolbert will be housed in the First United Methodist Church of Weimar building that hosts the Family Resource Center and will oversee both the FRC and Help Me Grow Fayette– Colorado County, two vital programs designed to support families, caregivers, and children during critical stages of growth and development.
Tolbert will work closely with families to help connect them to resources, services, and supports that strengthen family well-being.
The Family Resource Center serves as a welcoming hub where parents and caregivers can find guid ance, education, and referrals tailored to their unique needs.
Through Help Me Grow, Tolbert will also support early childhood development by helping families navigate developmental screenings, community services, and early intervention resources. She brings a passion for family engagement and a strong commitment to supporting children and caregivers in rural communities.
She will focus on building relationships, expanding awareness of available services, and ensuring families feel supported, informed, and empowered.
Families are encouraged to connect with the Family Resource Center to learn more about available programs and how she and the Parents as Teachers team can support them.
