AUSTIN COUNTY — Austin County Sheriff Jack Brandes reports that on April 28, members of the Westside HIDTA Narcotics Task Force obtained information that two subjects with ties to an Arkansas-based drug traffick ing organization were in Austin County attempting to buy 25 kilograms of cocaine.
An undercover operation was carried out by task force officers.
The operation successfully seized $326,671 and the arrest of Cameron Clater and Juan Bradley, both charged with money laundering by the Austin County District At- torney's Office.
