Second Chance Emporium donates to RT-C High School

Second Chance Emporium (SCE) recently donated $7,500 to the Round Top-Carmine (RT-C) High School Solar Car Chal - lenge Team. Monies will fund the Solar Car Challenge Project, which concludes with a cross-country road race across Texas in July.
