Second Chance Emporium donates to Camp Lone Star
Second Chance Emporium (SCE) recently donated $20,000 to Lutheran Outdoors Ministry of Texas (dba Camp Lone Star, CLS). Monies granted will be used to upgrade emergency communications by installing a campus-wide PA/alert system to broadcast weather warnings, evacuation instructions and urgent announcements across the campus. On hand for the presentation were, from left, SCE Store Director Gayle Schielack, SCE Assistant Store Director Darlene Strahan, CLS Directed Events Specialist Jesse Espinosa, CLS Guest Services Coordinator Hailey Angst, CLS Director of Adminstration Leah Wolf, and SCE Assistant Store Director Marlene Schnell; and, back row, Director of Facilities Philip Graf, CLS Executive Director Rev. Ryan Neuhaus, CLS Director of Food Services Pete Bergt, and CLS Director of Programs Ross Owens.
