After a slow start to the season, the Bellville High School baseball team has started to play winning ball at a crucial time, which is in the heat of the playoffs.
They recently defeated Stafford High School and won two out of a three game series with both wins coming in blowout fashion.
They will be playing Gatesville High School today (Thursday, May 7) at 6 p.m., Friday at 6 p.m., and the third game thirty minutes after the second, if necessary.
All games will be played at Elgin High School.
The Brahmas have ob- viously figured things out after not only salvaging
a playoff appearance, but also having success as they won their first round series. This is more like the Bellville baseball program we know as this is where they usually are at this point in the season.
