The Flatonia High School softball team has brought their strong momentum into the playoffs by winning games and series in order to make it to the regional semi-finals.
Their recent wins are against Riviera Kaufer and this team has great personnel as well as coaching.
They also know how to win at the most important times, which is currently showing in the 2026 season.
Flatonia had a solid year last year and they could be even better with how they’ve been playing.
They even have players who could potentially play at the next level, so that’s a great recipe for success at this time of year.
Flatonia plays Thorndale tonight (Thursday May 7) at 6:30 p.m., Friday, May 8 at 6 p.m., and game 3 thirty minutes after the second game if necessary.
All games at will be played Bastrop High School.
