The Fayetteville High School baseball team is back to their normal selves, which is being in contention for a state title.
Fayetteville has a regional final matchup with Medina toda (Thursday, May 21) with game two immediately following game one and game three Saturday, May 23 at 3 p.m. All games will be played at Somerset Junior High.
Fayetteville was able to shake off the early cobwebs and win games like they usually do in order to put themselves in position for the state tournament.
This team is just as capable of winning state again like they have in recent years.
