Winchester Area Civic Assoc. receives donation from SCE
Second Chance Emporium (SCE) recently donat - ed $3,000 to the Winchester Area Civic Association (WACA). Monies donated will be used to fund 'Safety First' which includes an Automated External Defibril - lator machine, a Carbon Dioxide Detector, an a First Aid Kit. The mission of the Association is to improve the quality of life for all citizens in the area; to promote a clean environment; to preserve the historical signifi - cance of the Winchester area; to promote the economic well-being of all citizens; to stand ready to provide ser - vices to its membership; and to maintain and assume re - sponsibility for the rental of Zilss Hall.
