Fayette County Helpers receives SCE donation
Second Chance Emporium (SCE) recently donated $2,500 to Fayette County Helpers. Monies granted will be used to purchase backpacks and school supplies for children across Fayette County. Funding also supports having barbers and cosmetology students on site for free haircuts on backpack distribution day. The mission is to help children and senior cit - izens in the county. On hand for the presentation were, from left, Karen Forest, Fayette County Helpers coordinator; Mar - lene Schnell, SCE assistant store director; Gayle Schielack, SCE store director and Jeff Kelly, Fayette County Helpers president.
