The Fayetteville High School volleyball team has started the season on a very positive note with a record way above the .500 mark. They've gone on little win streaks, win ning a few games in a row here and there, which has accumu lated to a dazzling record to start the year.
This team has hitting, de - fense, and coaching with a head coach in Marcus Sodek, who was recently promoted to the head coaching role after being a long-time assistant with the team.
Key players for this team are Lainey Gromaski, Cam - bree Denham, and Emily Keilers, but Fayetteville has a
great all-around team and even has a freshman outside hitter, Lilly Aldape, who gets a lot of quality minutes as well.
This team seems to already be in solid form, which is a great sign at this point in the season.
