The Columbus High School volleyball team is currently doing what they’ve been doing for a bunch of years now, which is wreak all kinds of havoc for their opponents.

As they’ve already almost reached the 30-win mark as we approach the month of October, the Lady Cardinals went on a huge winning streak for most of August where they won 20 matches in a row.

Still led by head coach Kayley Johns, when this team graduates talent, they just seem to have the “next man up” mentality where even underclassmen step in and provide great results for a winning team. Just like it’s been for some years now, Columbus is a heavy favorite to reach the state tournament.
