The Columbus High School football team has an undefeated record of 5-0 and the even more impressive thing is they’ve had to grind out at least a few of their wins this year. Two of their wins came by 10 points or less with a 41-31 win vs La Grange and a 3734 win vs Bellville.
This speaks to how wellcoached and prepared this team is under head coach Matt Schobel. They’ve faced adversity during games and have found ways to come out on the winning side of things, which is the sign of a stellar team and why they’ve had so much success in recent years.
