SEALY — The Sealy Police Department reported that on Sept. 28, the Sealy Patrol Division received an alert from a Flock ALPR camera that a stolen vehicle was traveling towards Sealy.
A patrol unit checked the area and located the vehicle as it entered Sealy jurisdiction.
The vehicle was stopped and, following an investigation, Howard Odean Harris III, 33, was arrested for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and fraudulent use or possession of indentifying information.
