Second Chance Emporium (SCE) recently donated $10,000 to the Texas Czech Heritage and Cultural Center (TCHCC). Monies granted will be used to fund direct program and communication expenses. The mission of TCHCC is to preserve and promote the language, culture, heritage, and history of Texans of Czech ancestry whose families immigrated from the lands of the present-day Czech Republic.
