The Schulenburg High School golf team finished in first place March 27 at Eagle Lake Golf Club. Senior Kaz McBride placed first
individually after a playoff with a score of 79. Reid Janda also partic- ipated in a playoff and took fourth place with an 81.
Other golfers for Schulenburg were Brycen Schramek with an 86, Jackson Faith with a 91, and Jayse Janda with a 101. The Shorthorns will compete in the district tournament at Weimar next Monday, April 3.
