Her application for a CEF Classroom Grant awards her $750 to purchase items on her “classroom dream list.” Her listed items provide new equipment to help students better engage in the learning experience. Fayette County Sheriff Keith Korenek reports that on the morning of Dec. 14 around 9:20 a.m., Drug Interdiction Investigator David Smith conducted a traffic stop on Interstate 10 at the 663 Mile Marker on a 2015 white Jeep Cherokee SUV for a traffic violation. Upon contact with the driver, several criminal indicators were observed.
