SEALY – The Bellville High School boy’s basketball team traveled to Sealy High School Jan. 26 and outlasted the Tigers in overtime by a final score of 54-49. Columbus boy's soccer boasts winning record
The Cardinals boy’s soccer team of Columbus High School is off to a nice start as they currently have six wins and four losses before heading into the month of February, also adding an undefeated record of 2-0 in district play. They took down Hallettsville High School by a final score of 2-0 last Thursday, then demolished Palacios High School with a 7-0 tally the following Friday.

Fayetteville notches back-to-back blowout wins in girl's hoops
Fayetteville High School girl’s basketball secured two big wins in a row last week with a 60-25 win over Buckholts and a 5220 victory over Dime Box. The Lady Lions are led by head coach Marcus Sodek, a great basketball mind. Cambree Denham and Kayme Schley tallied scoring in double figures for the Buckholts game as Denham had 19 to go along with Schley’s 15.
