Bellville Director of Bands Kenneth Peters said his band students advanced to state on a solo and ensemble. The group received a Division I rating on an ensemble or memorized Level 1 solo. Students Andie Eckermann, Emily Chen, Evelin Cornejo, Heyzel Espinoza, Ruth Garcia, Lydia Huebner, Robert Smith, Koda Barnett, Zander Felter, Kaleb Jacobs, Seth Trahan, Leah Kutch and Mia Surovik make the cut. The FBI is warning the public of malicious actors creating synthetic content commonly referred to as “deep fakes” by manipulating benign photographs or videos to target victims. Technology advancements are continuously improving the quality, customizability, and accessibility of ar- tificial intelligence (AI)-enabled content creation. The FBI continues to receive reports from victims, including minor children and non-consenting adults, whose photos or videos were altered into explicit content.
