Tri-county athletes make THSCA Super Elite Team
The tri-county area had a good portion of athletes who made the Texas High School Coaches Association Super Elite Team. This team is made up of athletes picked by members of the THSCA and the player has to meet the THSCA award criteria in order to be nominated. Flatonia smokes Bloomington; boasts impressive record
The Flatonia High School baseball team defeated their recent opponent Bloomington in a two game series by scores of 19-0 and 18-0 and have an overall record of 11-3 with a 6-1 record in District 29-2A. Big hitters in this series were Keyshaun Green, Beck Zimmerman, Cale Janecka, and Dayton Cliffe.
