Caldwell retires as manager of Fayette Regional Air Center

Fayette County Commissioners issued a proclamation last Thursday recognizing Joseph “Skip” Caldwell on his retirement as manager of the Fayette Regional Air Center. Caldwell has headed up the airport for the past 14 years.
