Sept. 16, 17 set for contempt motion on Inland

AUSTIN — A state district judge has set Sept. 16 and 17 for hearings on a contempt motion filed against Inland Environmental & Recycling and David Polston by the Texas Attorney General’s Office on behalf of the state.
