State seeks jail for Polston, fines for Inland in contempt motion

AG, LCRA allege company has not complied with agreed injunction


AUSTIN — The Texas Attorney General’s Office and Lower Colorado River Authority are asking a Travis County District Court to find Inland Environmental & Remediation and its chief officer, David Polston, in contempt of a previous agreed temporary injunction relating to 10 specific violations the court’s May 14 order requiring clean up and remediation at Inland’s Altair site and along Skull Creek, and are asking the court to jail Polston and levy fines against the company.
