Brian Keith Ellis was born on September 27, 1964 in Hammond, Indiana to David and Darla Ellis. He and his family moved from Indiana to Eagle Lake in the late 70s and have since resided. He graduated from Rice Consolidated High School with the Class of 1983.

Brian was a dedicated worker as a block machine operator at Best Block in Alleyton, Texas. Brian enjoyed all outdoor activities especial- ly hunting, fishing, and all sport activities that

included his children and grandchildren.

He leaves to mourn a son, Kevin Ellis (Terreka Jackson) and a daughter, Brooklyn Ellis (Shak Norris), his 4 grandchildren Kayson Ellis, Kaiden Ellis, Karter Ellis, and Nyomi Norris. Mother of his children, Lynn Ishee Ellis.

Taylor Gannon whom he loved as a daughter. Parents David and Darla Ellis. Brother, Jeff Ellis and Sister, Robyn Crysel. Special Friend, Sandra Figueroa and a host of numerous family and friends.

Sadly, he passed away on Friday, August 8, 2025. Brian is preceded in death by his brothers, Gregory Ellis and Bret Ellis.

Brian was a loving and devoted father, Gramps, and friend to many and he will be greatly missed.

Pallbearers - Kurt Stern, Drew Williams, Bobby Wied, Shak Norris, Chris Dorsey, Roger (Hot Rock) Morgan and Honorary Pallbearer - Troy Noska.

Services will be held on Saturday, August 16, 2025 at Eagle Lake United Methodist Church, 200 E. Prairie Street, Eagle Lake, Texas 77434 with Pastor Stan Warfield officiating. Visitation will be at 2:00 pm followed by the funeral service at 3:00 pm.
