Sealy Tigers score big runs late to slide past Wharton

SEALY — The Sealy High School baseball team found home plate when it mattered most to put runs on the board and earn a crunch time victory against Wharton High School March 26 at Tigers Field by a final score of 10-0. The pitching was on point and runs were driv en in when needed to wrap up a win by mercy rule in the bottom of the sixth inning.

Runnels sisters place first in 100 and 200 dash at Archie Seals Relays

Bellville track runners De - niah and Danika Runnels both finished first in their respective events at the Archie Seals Relays meet last week, which was held at their home field in Bellville at Brahmas Stadium. Deniah finished first in the 100 meter dash with a time of 12.69 and Danika placed first in the 200 meter dash with a time of 27.57.
