Win, lose, or draw; it was for a worthy cause to benefit so many. The Sealy American Legion Post 442, Friends of Sealy American Legion, and Charitable Heroes Achieving Memorable Performances (C.H.A.M.P) charitable donations raise the stakes to $600,000.

Daughters and Dates Sweetheart Dance bedazzled
LA GRANGE –They pulled out all the stops for the girls of La Grange Elementary School on Jan 9, with a PTO-sponsored Daughters and Dates Sweetheart Dance. The girls were dressed in beautiful dresses and some with tiaras and pearls, but all with laughter and smiles on their dates’ armsmostly daddies.

Industry State Bank participates in Credit for Life Program
COLUMBUS - Industry State Bank participated in the Credit for Life program put on by the Columbus Christian Women's Organization at Columbus High School on Feb. 8 at the Columbus High School. This program allowed high school seniors a trial run at the adult world, which they are about to truly experience after graduation in May. The students received a credit score and job salary and had to make various financial decisions, such as buying a car, finding housing, choosing a credit card, etc.
