COLUMBUS - During the public comments time of the Feb. 12 Colorado County Com - missioner's Court, the Seniors Together Executive Director and Three Crosses Ministries Pres - ident John Jones updated the court on the Seniors Together groups meeting in Columbus and Weimar.
COLUMBUS - Industry State Bank participated in the Credit for Life program put on by the Columbus Christian Women's Organization at Columbus High School on Feb. 8 at the Columbus High School. This program allowed high school seniors a trial run at the adult world, which they are about to truly experience after graduation in May. The students received a credit score and job salary and had to make various financial decisions, such as buying a car, finding housing, choosing a credit card, etc.
WEIMAR - A free program focused on legal information everyone needs will be held at the Weimar Public Library at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 20.
