SEALY – Austin County Judge Tim Lapham gave his State of the County address to a large crowd gathered June 7 at the Columbus Hall in Sealy. The Lunch -N- Learn was very informative and, as many know, Judge Lapham’s sense of humor was entertaining. He was texted by Jeff Virnau early morning of the luncheon. Fayette Electric Cooperative employees recently participated in the Progressive Ag Safety Day held May 12 at the Fayette County Fairgrounds in La Grange Safety Coordinator Larry Sulak narrated, while Lineman Justin Whited and Apprentice Lineman Justin Neiser demonstrated a variety of different scenarios that children could find themselves in while playing outside around electricity.
