COLUMBUS—No businesses must close and bars may remain open, but Colorado County is once again subject to Governor Greg Abbott’s Executive Order requiring masks be worn in public under many circumstances.    The action comes as a result of the county surpassing 40 cases of COVID-19 on the state’s rolling, 14-day count.
