Local business leaders to meet with school superintendent

COLUMBUS — School systems around the country are rapidly embracing the concept of Career and Technical Education, most often referred to as Career Tech Education or CTE for short. Nationally, some kids are dropping out of high school or graduating and want to go to work without pursuing postsecondary training and careers. Studies show that outcomes are significantly better for those who participate in CTE programs in high school.
