Election office makes its move official
COLUMBUS - The Colorado County Election Office has made its anticipated move to 1117 Tra - vis St. in Columbus. All voter registration and election business will be conducted from the new office space. The Election Cen ter provides a self-contained en- vironment for election security, it provides a larger voting area, and ease of access for citizens in all county offices. There is still some exterior work being done on the building; to secure our citizen’s safety, please call ahead prior to Feb. 20 so we can make sure you have unblocked entry to the building.

Bellville PD makes drug arrests
BELLVILLE – During the overnight hours of Jan. 20, K-9 Officer Andrew Freude and Officer Johari Brown, conduct ed a welfare check on a vehicle parked in the roadway within the 600 block of East Main Street in Bellville.
