LA GRANGE – The La Grange High School girl’s soccer team picked up a 1-0 win vs Rockdale High School February 9 at Leopards Stadium. FLATONIA – The Flatonia High School boy’s basketball team defended home court Feb. 6 at Bulldogs Gym by beating Schulenburg High School with a final score of 54-49. LA GRANGE – The La Grange High School boy’s soccer team was defeated by Manor New Tech High School Jan. 30 at Leopards field by a score of 0-0 in regulation, but was outlasted in penalty kicks. Each team was pretty evenly matched and both had chances to score throughout regulation. WALLIS – Brazos softball was defeated in a scrimmage-like format Feb. 2 at Cougars Field by Mumford High School with a fi nal score of 2-0.
