Dianne and I watched the movie, Forrest Gump again the other day. It’s one of those movies you just got to watch at least once a year. Kinda like It’s a Wonderful Life; it is one of those movies to watch time and again. As I look back at my life concerning Forrest Gump, my life dovetails with the movie. Maybe except for growing up in the south with just a mother, having leg braces, running, going to Vietnam, meeting presidents, owning a shrimp boat that grows to a Fortune 500 company, raising my son after my wife passes. Except for those few things, yep, pretty much the same. I do like chocolate. And RC Cola.
